All said yes and one person added they felt they only needed to ask if there was anything else they needed to know.

Everyone answered yes with additional comments such as: ‘Yes very much and offered tea and coffee’, ‘More than welcome, they come and have a good laugh and a chat’, ‘Yes, they are always made welcome and offered drinks, cakes and biscuits’.

Have you received an admission agreement that is in a format that you can understand?

Are there any points you would like to add?

‘The home is lovely, I am very happy here and have made new friends’

‘When I first came here a little old lady was sitting in a chair and said to me’, ‘if you want to be treated like a queen, come here’.

My daughter and I said ‘The Willow is home from home’.

‘I am very happy here and can only speak highly of all the staff. Very grateful as I know it is a difficult job as my parents and wife had dementia’.

‘I am very happy at The Willow. Friends and relatives have said to me they didn’t think places like this existed. I said ‘they don’t, but they do here!’ It’s lovely here.
